I realized
that blue pea flower is only being used in Asian foods, such as nasi kerabu, nyonya
kuih & drink. I am trying to enlarge the uses of this beautiful blue pea
flower in my meal as I have them a lot in my garden.
Last
few weeks, I tried to use blue pea flower in Western food pulak. I extracted
the blue color from dried blue pea flowers and mixed it in crepe batter & the
crepe came out with nice romantic purple color.
