Colorful harvest of the day..

The peria katak (bitter gourd) plant is really very productive! I am very satisfy even though i have only one plant, as it keep on producing me fruits. 

It had given me 30 bitter gourds so far. Still have more than 10 baby bitter gourds hanging on the plant! More than enough right!

Really worth it! And the best part of it ----> i didn't plant the bitter gourd, it grow by itself... hehe

ALright, i will bring back the bitter gourds to my home town tomorrow, my mom had booked them...her favorite! & she said she like everything that organic

Beautiful & Colorful Harvest

Please say "NO" to artificial coloring if you are given choices.....Why Not??!! See the colorful plants and foods that our god give to us ...So beautiful..

 

Gorgeous single and multilayer of white pea flowers..I still do not know how to consume these flowers...definitely not for coloring..

Red red chilies! Which one is more spicy? Wuahaha

For me, i think multilayer blue pea flower is more beautiful & stunning than the white one!

 Green chilies + vinegar + sugar =====> delicious pickle

Light Red & Bloody Red Balsam?

Besides purple, pink and white color balsam flower, I wish to have other color of balsam too. Therefore, I tried out this pack of balsam seeds...

And it does make me happy! Yeah! Now I have two extra balsams come with light red color and bloody red color as mentioned on the seed package. Can you see the different?

Sorry, the picture is not sharp enough! i am so excited to see this relatively rare red balsam growing in my garden :-)
